This is a network of people reporting in to the Gas buddy site about prices that they have seen.

Another good one is MSN Auto. 
Every night MSN Autos receives pricing data from over 90,000 gas stations across the nation.

I have a favorite map site and it is Map Quest. They have a map - lowest priced gas station function that is cool.

There is another web site reporting cheap gas... Gas Price Watch.
This one has similar functionalities to the MapQuest Gas station site 

 The Internet Auto Guide is a site I visited and found to be a bit cumbersome but definitely useful as it found a cheap gas station in my neighborhood.
